Tamara (Tammy) Donat is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas. She graduated
from Northeastern State University (Oklahoma) with a Bachelor of Social Work then graduated
from the University of Oklahoma with a master’s degree in Social Work. Tammy has over 10
years of professional experience providing individual and group therapy with children,
adolescents, adults, and individuals experiencing substance abuse and other mental health
disorders.

She has worked with incarcerated individuals, in the medical system with patients who have
varying health issues- both inpatient and outpatient, and individuals struggling with varying
mental health issues. She currently works as an adjunct professor at Our Lady of The Lake -San
Antonio, TX in the social work graduate program.
