Self-Pay Rates for Services

Initial session - $180

Individual 45 min  - $100

Individual 60 min - $150

Initial Couples/Family - $185

Couples/Family follow up ( 60 minutes)  - $150

Reduce Cost Services

We understand sometimes people experience financial hardships. Please contact us to inquire about qualifications for reduced fee services.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We are able to accept cash, checks, major credit or debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Payments can be made through our secure client portal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. Failure to do this may result in paying the full cost of the session that is booked.

*My Choice Counseling & Wellness offers, as a courtesy, benefit eligibility checks, send your Drivers License and Insurance Card (Front & Back) to billing@mychoicecw.com and a member of our team will review your coverage.

*Please Note: Although we are able to inquire with your insurance about coverage and copays/deductible amounts, it remains the clients responsibility to confirm these coverages. Final amounts due will be identified at the return of the claims process.
